This year we celebrate the 60th anniversary of the film "Senso", which in 1954 was filmed by Luchino Visconti, in the hills of Vicenza and in particular in the Villa Godi Malinverni. Two major actors have been part of this film as starring, Alida Valli who plays the role of the Countess Livia Serpieri and Farley Granger who plays the lieutenant of the Austrian army Franz Mahler. While watching the film in fact you can see some of the rooms of our beautiful villa, the porch that overlooks the garden of the restaurant "Il Torchio Antico" and finally the amazing view of the hills of Vicenza.
